Thank you for shopping at the Bridger Bowl Online Merch store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please review our policies below. Inspect products immediately upon receiving to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements for Returns or Exchanges for purchases made online:
- You have 30 days from receipt of your item to initiate a return.
- Email merch@bridgerbowl.com to initiate a return
- Item(s) must be unused and have all original tags/packaging attached.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required.
- Customer pays for return shipping and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
- Exchanges for purchases made online can also be made in-store.
Package Tracking
Upon fulfillment of the order the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
